Reliable shipping for U.S. and international orders. ICCTVZONE ships surveillance equipment worldwide. Below are our processing times, transit estimates, tracking and customs information.
Processing Time
- Our shipping department operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays).
- Orders are typically shipped within 3–30 business days after the order is placed.
- During restocks, new releases and special promotions, an additional 4–6 business days of processing time may apply.
Transit Times
Transit time depends on the distance between our facility and your location, whether the shipment is within the United States or international, and the delivery method selected. The estimates below are not guarantees.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined by the destination (U.S. or international), total package weight and selected shipping method. Applicable shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout.
Customs Fees
- ICCTVZONE is not responsible for fees imposed by customs authorities.
- All required shipping fees are presented during checkout, together with the selected service and estimated transit time.
Please note: transit estimates exclude customs clearance time. Delivery dates may vary during peak periods.
